Who can participate?
Any real estate company or agent can sign-up for our service provided they follow the Terms of Service agreement and are able to legally sell real estate.

How many listings can we post?
You can post as many listings as you would like per location. If an agency has multiple locations each will have to purchase its own listings block. See Pricing for details on cost.

When will my new listings and other changes show up on my web site?
Once you enter a new listing or modify an existing listing the changes are shown immediately. With our real-time interactive management tools property listings can be managed 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, and 365-days-a-year (excluding leap year).

Where will our listings be posted?
Your listings will be found on your web site, the web sites of participating real estate agents, and top level web site such as Mississippi.com, The Real Estate Journal, and MilitaryTowns.com to mention a few. Each state and area will have different top level web sites (these will be posted at a later date). Listings posted on top level web sites will carry the listing agents logo across the top of each property page. 

Will my site show real estate properties listed by other real estate agents?
Yes. However, it is important to note that once a customer enters your web site to search for listing only your contact information will be shown. Should a realtor post contact information in a description the listings will be automatically deleted (See Terms of Service).

What do I do if someone calls me about another realtor's listing?
If a customer calls about another agents listing that was seen on your web site they should have the listing number. Once you have the listing number you can sign-on to realty.mississippi.com and search for that listing on your administrative page. you can then contact the agent representing the seller and you can represent the buyer.

How long will my listings be posted?
All listings will be posted for 45 days. Once a listing is posted for more than 45 days it is automatically put on hold until the realtor re-activates the listing. This is done in an effort to keep all listings current.

How do I enter my listings on the system?
To post your listings you will need to be signed-up as a participating realtor, have a computer with Internet access and a web browser. Once you are signed-up and on-line you can go to realty.mississippi.com and log on. After you are logged on you will be able ad new listings, edit, delete and manage your current listings, and ad images all with our easy to use application tools.

Will I need any other equipment?
Yes. To enter your images into the system you will need to have them stored on your hard drive or a disk. Most people either use a digital camera or a scanner to get the images into a usable format. Once the images are on your computer you can use the browse function to load them into our system.

Will you help us select and learn to use a digital camera or scanner?
No. Your local computer store or networking company is best suited for this task. We specialize is the Internet environment and they specialize in keeping your computer system up and running.

Will you enter our listings and scan the pictures?
Yes. However, we will charge a small fee for each listing entered $.75 and a small fee for the image $1.00. If you send a listing and picture the fee is $1.50. All listings and images should be mailed to our office (click here for the address). Once the listings and payment are received they will be processed within 48-hours.

Will the application look like my web site?
Yes. If you supply us with a logo we will place it at the top of each page and give your web site a custom branded look. We can also create logos, graphics, and web sites billed at $75 per hour - most banners can be created within an hour. Contact Us in regards to additional services by clicking here.
